Common use of Extensions of Time Clause in Contracts

Extensions of Time. Consultant may, for good cause, request extensions of time to perform the services required hereunder. Such extensions shall be authorized in advance by the City in writing and shall be incorporated in written amendments to this Contract or the attached work program.
