Exterior Wall Structure. Materials - Exterior walls must be of wooden (or metal stud) framed (e.g. 2 X 4) construction. Exterior cladding should match that of the primary residence in both style and color composed of wood, vinyl, aluminum, or brick. No plastic, rubber, fiberglass, or all-metal sheds will be approved. Windows, if present, should match as closely as possible to those on the primary structure in both style and color. All sheds must have a door that latches.
