Building Maintenance definition

Building Maintenance means work undertaken to provide a report, an opinion or an assessment of work needed in order to keep, restore or improve a facility or a part of a building, its service and surroundings to an acceptable standard and to sustain the utility and value of the facility and includes inspection, testing, servicing, classification to serviceability, repair, refurbishment, rebuilding, rehabilitation, reclamation, preparation of maintenance schedules, planning, budgeting and management of maintenance works;
Building Maintenance means operations such as window cleaning, caulking, metal polishing, reglazing, and general maintenance on building surfaces.
Building Maintenance means maintenance of the Premises, including but not limited to, the roof, all structural and non-structural portions of the Improvements, all utility systems, the Fixtures and the Trade Fixtures, in such manner as to keep the Premises, including, but not limited to, the Fixtures and the Trade Fixtures, in good, safe, and sanitary order, condition, and repair (permitting reasonable wear and tear) in compliance with Applicable Laws and Requirements.
