Extra-Curricular. Attached hereto are schedules B and C which include the salary schedules of paid extra- curricular activities and are made a part hereof. Appointments to these positions shall be made annually. However, varsity coaches may be given a two-year contract after their first full year in this position. The COMMITTEE reserves the right to make appointments on a one-year basis. Prior to May 1 each school year any employee may make written application for appointment to one of these positions. All applications will be reviewed by the COMMITTEE before making its selection for the next school year. All extra-curricular participation by teachers shall be on a strictly voluntary basis and must receive the prior written approval of the principal of the school involved.
