EXTRA LEAVE FOR ON CALL EMPLOYEES. An additional three (3) days leave will be available for employees who participate regularly in the on call roster. This leave shall not be accrued and shall be effective from an employee’s anniversary date of employment. Such leave shall paid at the relevant employee’s ordinary hourly rate of pay (T1).
