Extra Work. Each facility (a) Tenant may request substitutions, additional or extra work and/or materials over and department above Landlord's Work ("Extra Work") to be performed by Landlord provided that the Extra Work, in Landlord's judgment, (1) shall post bi-weekly two not delay completion of Landlord's Work or the Commencement Date of the Lease; (2) extra work sign up sheets shall be practicable and consistent with existing physical conditions in the Building and any other plans for the Union Members Building which have been filed with the appropriate municipality or other governmental authorities having jurisdiction thereover (3) shall not impair Landlord's ability to perform any of Landlord's obligation hereunder or under the Lease or any other lease of space in their facilitythe Building; and (4) shall not affect any portion of the Building other than the Premises.

(1) All Extra Work shall require the installation of new materials at least comparable to prove the calls were made. Extra work that is not a continuation of a scheduled shift Building standards and any substitution shall be paid at of equal or greater quality than that for which it is substituted.
(2) Tenant may request the prevailing rate omission of an item of Landlord's Work, provided that such omission shall not delay the work offeredcompletion of Landlord's Work and Landlord thereafter shall not be obligated to install the same. When regular bilingual Employees are absent Credits for items deleted or not installed shall be granted in amounts equal to credits obtainable from work for subcontractors or materialmen. In no event shall there be any reason the work will first be offered at the appropriate rate to qualified bilingual employeescash credits.

Extra Work. Each facility 7.1 Any work which can be, will be booked to the Rotating Board according to the work rules.
7.2 Any work, which cannot be booked to the Rotating Board, will be offered to operators who have signed up for extra work. A separate sign-up sheet will be maintained for regular operators and department shall post bi-weekly two (2) for Extra Board operators. Any operator signing up for extra work must sign the sheet prior to 2:00 P.M. the day before work is desired. Employees who sign up sheets for extra work within their category listed below shall be offered extra work first, in this order.
A. Extra Board operators on Rotating Board by low hours for workday.
B. Extra Board operators on weekly picks by lowest number of hours accumulated for the Union Members in their facilityday.
C. Extra Board operators on day off by seniority.
D. Regular Board operators: work will be assigned by seniority and last day worked.
1. There shall be a short term A.M. extra work roster which is going to regular operators will be used for last minute and daily situationsautomatically assigned, until 4:00 P.M. the preceding day. All Regular operators that have signed the extra work sheet must check the posted board for their assignment.
7.3 In principle, no piece of work will be booked as extra work if there are rotating operators who could work it and are available. Also, no piece of extra work will be booked to an operator in a lower category if there is an operator in a higher category booked with a smaller piece of work. However, this shall not require any assignment changes that are less than sixteen (16) minutes.
7.4 The rules in this section are intended to assure that these principles are adhered to in all but exceptional cases and emergencies.
A. Operators who sign the sign-up sheet requesting the extra work before 2:00 P.M. will be awarded booked according to the work rules.
B. Operators who sign the sign-up sheet after 2:00 P.M. will be booked in order of sign-up.
C. When work is still available and the sign-up sheet is exhausted, the Employer shall make three (3) calls in three (3) minute intervals on the basis radio to determine which operators are willing to work extras. These operators will then be offered work according to their categories.
1. If this list is exhausted and work is still available, the Employer shall offer it to Extra Board operators by seniority, then regular operators by seniority.
2. No regular operators will work any piece of seniority only, understanding that the Union Member must possess the skills work or licenses required combination thereof when there remain Extra Board operators available for work assignment by phone, radio, or personal contact, preference being offered. There shall be given first to those operators rotating.
D. Operators who have been assigned a long term piece of extra work roster which is to and not filled, will be used for all offered additional extra work that can foreseeably run for five (5) days or more. The senior qualified applicant from the extra work roster will remain in the position for the duration make a fill of the absence unless that Employee chooses to bid on a permanent position or more preferred short or long term extra work. In the event that a Union Member, for any reason other than capability, is not offered the work they would have been entitled to, the Company shall then pay the Union Member for the extra hours lost in the current or next pay period. E. In offering extra work to operators on a scheduled day of work, the Employer will offer all available work before proceeding to the next operator up for time. It being understood that an operator is limited to a fill of extra work.
F. Operators up for time and not available with one (1) call will be passed but will hold their position for work. If the operator who was passed becomes available, only work available will be offered with no claim for time passed.
1. Extra Board operators who are on modified duties a scheduled day off and signed up for extra work who are also permitted to do not available at the time of booking with one (1) call shall not be called for extra hours provided that work until the extra work falls within sign-up sheet has been exhausted in all categories.
G. Operators who refuse any extra work shall not be offered additional extra work until the Extra Board extra work sign-up sheet has been exhausted in all categories.
H. Operators who choose stand-by as extra work will be entitled any work, which their restrictions. Once part-time and part-time un-assigned Union Member category would normally allow until they have been utilized assigned a fill of extra work. The scheduling of work to operators that select standby as aboveextrawork must comply with the workrules mandate on assignment of work by categories. To further simplify the tracking and assignment of extrawork to operators on standby, numbered standbys will be noted only to those operators working on their day off, operators working weekly picks, rotating operators who have filled, or to regular operators working extra and selecting standby as an extrawork assignment. Operators on the rotating board and those on weekly picks working extra will receive work shall from their position on standby in accordance with workrules 7.2 (A & B) as it relates to category and low hours. Emergency work will be assigned to extrawork standby operators by category and low hours within each category for rotating and weekly pick operators. Emergency work will be assigned to extrawork standby extraboard operators on their day off and regular operators working extra by the numbered standby that has been selected.
I. P.M. Extra work will be held until 9:00 A.M. and then booked except as provided in Rule 6.5(C).
J. When work remains to be booked after the closing of the Extra Board, this work will be offered to all Employees on the basis of seniority. The additional supplemental hours offered to Union Members on the short-term extra work roster cannot conflict with their regularly scheduled hours or shifts. In the event that an individual that puts his/her name on the extra work roster and refuses offered work three (3) consecutive times, then the Company shall be under no obligation to call that individual in those operators properly signed up for extra work for the next sixty (60) days. In order for this according to apply the individual shall be served a letter of notice with the presence of a Union Xxxxxxx so as to determine a start date of the sixty (60) day denial period. 7.5 Next day work will be offered conditional to whether or not the Rotating Board is frozen.
A. If the Rotating Board is not a continuation of a scheduled shift shall frozen, only A.M. extra work will be paid offered.
1. All available A.M. work will be offered, according to requests made prior to booking.
B. If the Rotating Board is frozen, work will be offered according to the following rules:
1. All available work including stand-by will be offered according to their position and category.
2. Operators up for time must select from the work available at the prevailing rate time of booking.
3. Extra Board operators can refuse afternoon or night work without penalty except that no claim for time can be made for work previously rejected. This will not deny them the right to later operate a piece of work offered. When regular bilingual Employees are absent from work for any reason the work will first be offered at the appropriate rate to qualified bilingual employeespreviously rejected.

Regular operators will be selected from a list that has been signed by them on a voluntary basis, indicating that they are willing and available to perform this work, such selections being made on availability and seniority basis. Any operator who has volunteered for extra work shall then and cannot be offered reached at their primary contact phone number on file is not eligible for any compensation for the unassigned extra work. The Agency will provide an audit log when required. The Union and part-time unassigned Union Members first Management will meet prior to supplement their route selection to identify routes on the list and to determine the number of early routes that will be left off the list. These employees:
1. must work extra routes before mechanics or supervisors are assigned to a route. However, anyone who has accrued 8 hours up to eight (8) hours or more in a day shall have the option to refuse.
2. will be assigned in rotation when possible. Routes included in this rotation will be identified prior to route selection. If a route is added to this list after route selection the driver/TA will be eligible to start a bump if they desire.
3. An employee who gives the Transportation Administrator advance (day before) notice of conflicting commitments will be removed from the rotation list for that day.
4. Employees that are on modified duties are also permitted These employees shall not be used in lieu of hiring substitutes to do cover these extra hours provided that routes.
C. In cases such as CPI classes, Advanced Bus Driver Training, Route Selection or other days requested by management and agreed to by the work falls within their restrictions. Once part-time and part-time un-assigned Union Member have been utilized as aboveUnion, the work shall then be offered to all Employees on the basis of seniority. The additional supplemental hours offered to Union Members on the short-term extra work roster cannot conflict with their regularly scheduled hours or shifts. (1) The Employer agrees that the function of supervisors is the supervision of employees and not the performance of the work of the employees they supervise. Accordingly, the Employer agrees that supervisors or other employees of the Employer who are not mem- bers of the bargaining unit shall not perform any bargaining unit work, except to train employees or demonstrate safety. The Employ- er shall make every reasonable effort to maintain a sufficient work- force to staff its Operations with bargaining unit employees. The Employer also agrees that supervisors or other employees of the Em- ployer who are not members of the bargaining unit shall not perform bargaining unit work in preparing the work areas before the start of the Employer’s hub, preload or reload Operation, nor shall the Em- ployer send any bargaining unit employee home and then pay have such employees’ work performed by a supervisor or other employees of the Union Member for Employer who are not a member of the extra hours lost bargaining unit.
(2) When additional employees are necessary to complete the Em- ployer’s Operations on any shift or within any classification, the supervisor shall exhaust all established Local practices to first (1st) use bargaining unit employees including where applicable, double shifting, early call-in, and overtime.
(3) If there is no established Local practice, the following shall ap- ply with regard to inside work. Within each building, each Opera- tion will maintain appropriate list(s), by seniority, of those part- time employees requesting coverage work. It will be the employees’ responsibility to sign up on the appropriate list. The Company shall post such lists and employees who are interested in adding their names to the current or next pay periodlists shall do so on the first (1st) working day of each month. In the event that a Union Member, for any reason other than capability, is not offered the work they would have been entitled toperform an assignment, the Company will grant the employee an opportunity under supervision to demonstrate their ability to per- form the assignment.
(C) No employee shall then pay the Union Member be allowed to work a second (2nd) extra shift in a twenty-four (24) hour period prior to all employees who have signed up for the extra hours lost in the current or next pay period. All extra work being offered a first (1st) extra shift.
(1) The Employer agrees that the function of supervisors is the supervision of employees and not the performance of the work of the employees they supervise. Accordingly, the Employer agrees that supervisors or other employees of the Employer who are not mem- bers of the bargaining unit shall not perform any bargaining unit work, except to train employees or demonstrate safety. The Employ- er shall make every reasonable effort to maintain a sufficient work- force to staff its Operations with bargaining unit employees. The Employer also agrees that supervisors or other employees of the Em- ployer who are not members of the bargaining unit shall not perform bargaining unit work in preparing the work areas before the start of the Employer’s hub, preload or reload Operation, nor shall the Em- ployer send any bargaining unit employee home and then have such employees’ work performed by a supervisor or other employees of the Employer who are not a member of the bargaining unit.
(2) When additional employees are necessary to complete the Em- ployer’s Operations on any shift or within any classification, the su- pervisor shall exhaust all established Local practices to first be offered (1st) use bargaining unit employees including where applicable, double shift- ing, early call-in, and overtime.
(3) If there is no established Local practice, the following shall ap- ply with regard to inside work. Within each building, each Opera- tion will maintain appropriate list(s), by seniority, of those part-time employees requesting coverage work. It will be the employee’s re- sponsibility to sign-up on the appropriate list. The Company shall post such lists and part-time unassigned Union Members employees who are interested in adding their names to the lists shall do so on the first (1st) working day of each month. It will be the employee’s responsibility to supplement make sure their hours up to eight (8) hours in a daycontact information is correct. Employees that who are unavailable to work on modified duties are also permitted to do extra hours provided that the work falls within their restrictions. Once part-time and part-time un-assigned Union Member have been utilized as above, the work shall then be offered to all Employees on the basis of seniority. The additional supplemental hours offered to Union Members on the short-term extra work roster cannot conflict with their regularly scheduled hours or shifts. In the event that an individual that puts his/her name on the extra work roster and refuses offered work three (3) consecutive timesseparate occasions within a calendar month shall have their names removed from the coverage list. Those employees shall be eligible to re-sign the list the following month. When cov- erage work is available, then the Company will use the appropriate list to fill the required positions, and such employees will work as as- signed. The employee must be qualified for the available work and double shift employees shall have seniority among themselves. Lo- cal call verification practices and procedures shall remain in place. Nothing contained in this Section shall change existing practices or procedures covering full-time work. By mutual agreement, the Company may implement technological advancements in the way employees sign-up for and are offered extra work. A request will not arbitrarily be under no obligation denied. This Section is not intended to call that individual in for supersede any local extra work for the next sixty (60) days. In order for this to apply the individual shall be served a letter of notice with the presence of a Union Xxxxxxx so as to determine a start date of the sixty (60) day denial period. The onus will be on the company to prove the calls were made. Extra work that is not a continuation of a scheduled shift shall be paid at the prevailing rate of the work offered. When regular bilingual Employees are absent from work for any reason the work will first be offered at the appropriate rate to qualified bilingual employeesagreement/practice.

Extra Work. Each facility and department shall post bi-weekly two (2) A. When extra work sign up sheets for the Union Members in their facility. There is necessary it shall be a short term extra work roster which is to be used for last minute and daily situations. All extra work shall be awarded on the basis of seniority only, understanding that the Union Member must possess the skills or licenses required for work being offered. There shall be a long term extra work roster which is to be used for all extra work that can foreseeably run for five (5) days or more. The senior qualified applicant from the extra work roster will remain in the position for the duration of the absence unless that Employee chooses to bid on a permanent position or more preferred short or long term extra work. In the event that a Union Member, for any reason other than capability, is not offered the work they would have been entitled to, the Company shall then pay the Union Member for the extra hours lost in the current or next pay period. All extra work shall first be offered to part-time members of the bargaining unit before being offered to substitutes. Extra work during emergencies shall be mandatory. An emergency for the purpose of this section shall include, but not be limited to:
1. a mechanical breakdown, inclement weather conditions, or other like circumstances causing school to close early.
2. assisting another driver at a breakdown, accident, or student crisis on the bus.
B. Employees assigned to routes that are completed early in the a.m. or p.m. will be required to work additional routes if all substitutes available are assigned. The Union and part-time unassigned Union Members first Management will meet prior to supplement their route selection to identify routes on the list and to determine the number of early routes that will be left off the list. These employees:
1. must work extra routes before mechanics or supervisors are assigned to a route. However, anyone who has accrued 8 hours up to eight (8) hours or more in a day shall have the option to refuse.
2. will be assigned in rotation when possible. Routes included in this rotation will be identified prior to route selection. If a route is added to this list after route selection the driver/TA will be eligible to start a bump if they desire.
3. An employee who gives the transportation manager advance (day before) notice of conflicting commitments will be removed from the rotation list for that day.
4. Employees that are on modified duties are also permitted These employees shall not be used in lieu of hiring substitutes to do cover these extra hours provided that routes.
C. In cases such as CPI classes, Advanced Bus Driver Training, Route Selection or other days requested by management and agreed to by the work falls within their restrictions. Once part-time and part-time un-assigned Union Member have been utilized as aboveUnion, the work shall then be offered to all Employees on the basis of seniority. The additional supplemental hours offered to Union Members on the short-term extra work roster cannot conflict with their regularly scheduled hours or shifts. In the event that an individual that puts his/her name on the extra work roster and refuses offered work three (3) consecutive times, then the Company shall be under no obligation to call that individual in a general posting for extra work will be posted. The work with the longest hours will be assigned to the eligible employee with the lowest hours on the equalization chart after field trips are assigned for the next sixty (60) daysday.
