Flat Fee a. Orientation shall be paid at a flat fee of $7,100.00 for the first thirty (30) days from the date of hire or as approved by the Recipient.
b. The Agency shall submit a Flat-Fee invoice for Case Manager Orientation upon completion of the same. Supporting documentation, which shall include Recipient’s approved Orientation Form and copies of certificates for required training, shall be submitted with the invoice.
Flat Fee. This is a flat fee agreement. Client will pay Lawyer [or Firm] $ for Lawyer’s [or Firm’s] performance of the Services described in Section I, above, plus costs as described in Section VI, below. Client understands that Client is NOT entering into an hourly fee arrangement. This means that Lawyer [or Firm] will devote such time to the representation as is necessary, but the Lawyer’s [or Firm’s] fee will not be increased or decreased based upon the number of hours spent.
Flat Fee. Effective January 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will pay the Contractor a basic fee (the “Fee”) of $8,000.00 per month for 12 months, plus the applicable HST payable monthly, on the 30th of each month and upon presentation of an invoice for FOUR (4) Days per week per month. Final settlement for the month will be billed and payable at the end of each month.
Flat Fee. A base monthly fee of $[*] per bushel per calendar month based on the projected number of bushels of corn hedged, as set forth in the Risk Management Plan in effect for the month, which shall be due and payable within five (5) days of the end of each calendar month (“Flat Fee”).

If a flat fee method for trash service is used, Resident and Landlord agree that the amount indicated in this Utility & Services Section of the Lease Agreement (as may be amended with written notice) represent a fair and reasonable amount for the service(s) provided and that the amount billing is not based on a monthly per unit cost.
Flat Fee. ICON is responsible for any costs that may be related to travel, hotel, car, meals, and any other unforeseen travel expenses. The Client will not see any charges from ICON that exceeds the agreed upon Monthly Cost as outlined in the Compensation section.
