Facilitation of Transfer Sample Clauses

Facilitation of Transfer. The Tennessee Valley Authority shall, to the maximum extent practicable, use current per- sonnel to facilitate the transfer of necessary property and facilities to the Secretary, includ- ing replacement of signs and insignia, repaint- ing of vehicles, printing of public information, and training of new personnel. Funding for these costs shall be derived from funding described in section 460lll–49 of this title.
Facilitation of Transfer. Seller shall use all reasonable endeavors to procure that the respective trustees of CHH Super and the CHH Retirement Plan: (a) provide such information as Buyer needs for Buyer to arrange, as soon as is practicable, for the employees of the Business who are members of CHH Super or the CHH Retirement Plan on the Cessation Date to elect in writing whether or not to transfer membership from CHH Super or the CHH Retirement Plan to the Buyer’s Scheme; and (b) facilitate the transfer of membership of the employees of the Business who are members of CHH Super or the CHH Retirement Plan on the Cessation Date from CHH Super or the CHH Retirement Plan to the Buyer’s Scheme.
