New Personnel. If Contractor or a subcontractor adds new personnel after the Agreement has been executed, the Contractor shall submit the new personnel’s resume and proposed job classification/rate, consistent with classifications/rates within the respective budget, to CAM for review and approval. If the Agreement budget includes a job classification with the person identified as “To Be Determined”, and a person is later identified, this person is considered to be new personnel. The new personnel shall not provide services until the CAM approves the new personnel request in writing and notifies the Energy Commission Agreement Officer (CAO). Any work performed by these new personnel prior to CAM approval is at Contractor’s expense; the Energy Commission will not reimburse Contractor for work performed by these new personnel that occurs prior to CAM approval.

New Personnel. For Hospital personnel hired after the initial training described herein, the Hospital will provide the training specified above within thirty (30) days after the individual’s commencement of service for the Hospital. Such training must be comparable to training provided to specific departments as necessary. A screening of a video of the original training will suffice to meet this obligation. The Hospital shall maintain attendance sheets of all training conducted pursuant to this Agreement, which shall include the names and respective job titles of the attendees, as well as the date, time and location of the training session. New Personnel. Hourly Wage Step Placement Employees are assigned to a step on the salary schedule based on an evaluation when hiring new employees. This evaluation shall be based on past experience applicable to the vacancy applied for. Such evaluation will be determined by the Director of Human Resources. In no event will a newly hired employee be placed in a different job classification than was advertised on the job posting. Probationary Period Employees shall be regarded as probationary during the first sixty (60) working days of continuous employment with the School Corporation. During such sixty (60) working day period, the employment of such employees may be terminated by the School Corporation without cause or reason and without regard to the Grievance Procedure provided for herein; and that such new employees shall be eligible for all other benefits embodied in this Agreement upon the initial date of employment. Seniority (classification and unit) shall not vest until the employee has been employed sixty-one (61) working days and then such seniority shall be dated back to the initial date of the employee’s latest employment with the school employer.
New Personnel. For new hires, including temporary hires that will be paid using funds awarded under this Agreement, the Local Program shall submit, no later than ten (10) working days from the start date of the new hire, a report to DNR containing the following information: 1) The new staff member's name, position title, payment and benefit amounts, and identification of work products and program activities that the new staff member will be handling; 2) A new employee background summary, including name of the employee and a description of their education and experience; and 3) A special training schedule to be used for training the new employee.
New Personnel. The hiring rate shall be the minimum of the rate range of the job for which the new employee is hired, unless otherwise recommended by the Department Head. Section 2. New Job Classifications and Reclassification. Whenever a new permanent position is to be established, or the duties of an existing position are so changed that in effect a new position is to be created, upon presentation by the General Light Manager of sufficient job duty information and other data to the Human Resources Director, such new or changed position will be reviewed in accordance with the Town position rating system and assigned to its appropriate classification, and the effective date of such change shall be established.
