Common use of Facilities and Support Clause in Contracts

Facilities and Support. During the Period of Employment, the Company shall provide the Executive with office space, furnishings and facilities, secretarial and administrative assistance, supplies and equipment appropriate to enable the Executive to perform his duties under this Agreement and commensurate, in quality and quantity, with the facilities and support resources provided to the other senior executives of the Company.
