The Contractor shall provide such accommodation and amenities as he may consider necessary for all his expatriate staff and labour, employed for the purposes of or in connection with the Contract. The Contractor shall comply with all local statutes and regulations and any amendments thereto with regard to the health and safety of his employees and others, and shall provide adequate latrines for his workers on the Site to conform with the requirements of the Department of Health.
