Common use of Facilities Study Clause in Contracts

Facilities Study. An engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider to determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System, including the cost and estimated time required to complete construction of such modifications, that will be required to provide the requested transmission service.
