Facilities Study. 4.4.1 The Interconnection Customer must request a Facilities Study by returning the signed Facilities Study Agreement within 30 Business Days of receiving an executable Facilities Study Agreement. Failure to return the signed Facilities Study Agreement within the foregoing applicable time period will result in the Interconnection Request being deemed withdrawn.
