Common use of Facility Access Required Clause in Contracts

Facility Access Required. The School shall allow the Commission and the CSD to visit the Facility with reasonable notice to conduct the oversight and monitoring responsibilities as contemplated by and in the same manner as defined in §22-8B-12 NMSA 1978, Commission Rule and this Charter Contract.
