Facility and Location. The successful Offeror will manage and operate the Bookstore from the existing Bookstore space located in ▇▇▇▇ University Center. Square footage of the space is as follows: Retail-7961, Convenience store-1012, Receiving/storage/dock-2127, office-548. The total square footage available to the Contractor is 11,648. Additions to or deletions from the existing space may be made but must be agreed upon in writing by the Contractor and the Contract Administrator.
Facility and Location a. The facility will be located at the corner of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Monarch Way, and will be adjacent to the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Convocation Center. The property and ultimate facility location are in a Federal Empowerment Zone and a Virginia Enterprise Zone. As such, the successful Offeror will have opportunity to access various tax credit programs associated with employing individuals that live in the Empowerment Zone, as well as making property improvements in the Enterprise Zone. b.
