Facsimile and PDF Signatures. A facsimile or portable document format (PDF) signature on this Agreement shall be equivalent to, and have the same force and effect as, an original signature.
Facsimile and PDF Signatures. Signatures to this Agreement transmitted by telecopy or by electronic mail in PDF format shall be valid and effective to bind the party so signing. Each party agrees to promptly deliver an execution original to this Agreement with its actual signature to the other parties, but a failure to do so shall not affect the enforceability of this Agreement, it being expressly agreed that each party to this Agreement shall be bound by its own telecopied signature or signature transmitted by electronic mail in PDF format and shall accept the telecopied signature or signature transmitted by electronic mail in PDF format of each other party to this Agreement.

The use of facsimile signatures and signatures delivered by email in portable document format (.pdf) affixed in the name and on behalf of the Transfer Agent and registrar of the Company on certificates representing Common Shares is expressly permitted by this Agreement.

In order to expedite the transaction contemplated herein, telecopied and PDF signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement or any document delivered pursuant hereto. The parties intend to be bound by the signatures on the telecopied document or such PDF copies, and are aware that the other parties will rely on the telecopied or PDF signatures, and hereby waive any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement based on such telecopied or PDF signature.
Facsimile and PDF Signatures. The parties hereto agree that the use of facsimile or pdf signatures for the negotiation and execution of this Agreement shall be legal and binding and shall have the same full force and effect as if originally signed.
Facsimile and PDF Signatures. This Agreement may be executed by a party’s signature transmitted by facsimile (“fax”) or e-mailed pdf (“pdf”), and copies of this Agreement and any such document or instrument executed and delivered by means of faxed or pdf signatures shall have the same force and effect as copies executed and delivered with original signatures. All parties hereto may rely upon faxed or pdf signatures as if such signatures were originals. Any party executing and delivering this Agreement and any such document or instrument by fax or pdf shall promptly thereafter deliver a counterpart signature page and the fully executed original or counterpart original of any such document or instrument containing said party’s original signature. All parties hereto agree that a faxed or pdf signature may be introduced into evidence in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or any such document or instrument as if it were an original signature.
Facsimile and PDF Signatures. This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same document. A facsimile or portable document format (PDF) signature on this Amendment shall be equivalent to, and have the same force and effect as, an original signature. 5
