Facsimile and PDF Signatures. A facsimile or portable document format (PDF) signature on this Agreement shall be equivalent to, and have the same force and effect as, an original signature.

Facsimile and PDF Signatures. Signatures to this Agreement transmitted by telecopy or by electronic mail in PDF format shall be valid and effective to bind the party so signing. Each party agrees to promptly deliver an execution original to this Agreement with its actual signature to the other parties, but a failure to do so shall not affect the enforceability of this Agreement, it being expressly agreed that each party to this Agreement shall be bound by its own telecopied signature or signature transmitted by electronic mail in PDF format and shall accept the telecopied signature or signature transmitted by electronic mail in PDF format of each other party to this Agreement.
