Facsimile or Email Signatures. Any signature page delivered pursuant to this Agreement, any Related Agreement or any other document delivered pursuant hereto via facsimile or by email of pdf signature pages shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature. Any party who delivers such a signature page agrees to later deliver an original counterpart to any party that requests it.

This First Amendment may be delivered via pdf. electronic transmission, DocuSign or facsimile transmission with the same force and effect as if originally executed copies of this First Amendment were delivered to all parties. It is expressly agreed that each party to this First Amendment shall be bound by its own faxed, DocuSigned or electronically transmitted signature and shall accept the faxed, DocuSigned or electronically transmitted signature of the other party to this First Amendment.

The parties agree that (i) this Agreement may be transmitted between them by facsimile or email, (ii) that this Agreement may be executed by facsimile signatures or email signatures in PDF format, (iii) that such facsimile or email signatures shall have the effect of original signatures relative to this Agreement, and (iv) they will circulate signature pages to be countersigned and attached within five (5) business days of the date of this Agreement.
