Faculty Association Representatives and Legal Counsel. a) The Association shall annually provide to the University a written list of representatives, with updates as required on a timely basis. b) A representative of the Association shall be present at all stages of the formal grievance and arbitration procedures. No party may be accompanied by or represented by legal counsel during any stage of the grievance procedure except arbitration unless mutually agreed by the parties.
