Failure of a Member. to grieve a written warning or reprimand shall not be deemed an admission of the validity of the warning or reprimand, provided that the Member has indicated in writing within the time limits provided for initiating a grievance that the Member is in disagreement with the warning or reprimand and does not waive any right to grieve any subsequent imposition of discipline for similar cause.
