Common use of Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment Clause in Contracts

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.27.2 and all other outgoings.

In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.27.2 from the Deemed Date of Possession.

In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para Para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, clause 7.1 the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para clause 7.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable, subject however that the Promoter shall be entitled to terminate this agreement for the reason of Allottee failing to act as above.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to Apartmentto the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.27.2 and all other outgoings.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Flat- Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2Para 7.2.1, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall take possession of the Apartment Apartment/ Flat from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment Apartment/ Flat to the AllotteeAllottee(s). In case the Allottee Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2under Para 7.2.1 above.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Flat- Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para Para 7.2, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall take possession of the Apartment Apartment/ Flat from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment Apartment/ Flat to the AllotteeAllottee(s). In case the Allottee Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2under Para 7.2 above.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. 6.3.1 Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.26.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 6.2 in the Possession Notice such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.6.2 from such date as notified in the Possession Notice. (Deemed Possession)

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2Para 7.2 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the AllotteeAllottee(s). In case the Allottee Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 as per Para 7.2 above, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2under Para 7.2 above.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall within the period mentioned in such intimation take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.27.2 and all other outgoings as elsewhere mentioned herein.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Owner/Developer as per para 7.2., the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Owner/Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter Owner/Developer shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para Para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para Clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement required and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges Maintenance Charges as specified in para Clause 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.27.2 and all other outgoings and consequential charges.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para Para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para Para 7.2.

In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Developer as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter Developer shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallotted. In case Incase the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2. such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 7.2 such Allottee allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.,

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 para7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be he liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

And the Promoter promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the The Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such para7.2. Such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2clause 8.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 8.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments maintenance charges, proportionate share of municipal tax and maintenance charges all other outgoings from such date as specified notified in para 7.2the Possession Notice (Deemed Possession).

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Promoter/Developer as per para 7.2, the Allottee allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Promoter/Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter Promoter/Developers shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2., such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance maintenan ce charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter developer as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter developer shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.27.2 .

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2in terms hereof, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the AllotteeAllottee(s). In case the Allottee Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 as hereinabove above, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2herein.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Owner/Vendor/Promoter as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Owner/Vendor/Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Owner/Vendor/Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 7.2, such Allottee allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter theDeveloper as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment theApartment from the Promoter by executing Developer byexecuting necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter Agreement, andthe Developer shall give possession of the Apartment theApartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within possessionwithin the time provided in para 7.1 clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2asapplicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment Row House/Bungalow from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment Row House/Bungalow to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnitiesin- demnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges charg- es as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement. and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 para,7.2. such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Promoter/Developer as per para 7.26.2., the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Promoter/Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter Promoter/Developers shall give possession of the Apartment to the AllotteeAllottees. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within wit hin the time provided in para 7.1 6.2., such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.26.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para Para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnitiesidentities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2, such Allottee shallcontinuetobeliabletopaymaintenancechargesasapplicable and also all taxes and outgoings relating to the Apartment and for all damages to the Apartment and/or other parts of the building.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Owner/Promoter as per para 7.28.4, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Owner/Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Owner/Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 8.4, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.28.4.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Promoter/ Xxxxxxx as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Promoter/ Xxxxxxxx by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter Promoter/ Xxxxxxxx shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as applicable as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, . the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment [Apartment/ Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed Prescribed in this Agreement and Agreement. And the Promoter promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such 7.2. Such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from form the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter PROMOTER as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter PROMOTER by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter PROMOTER shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2para7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2para7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter promoter as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Developer as per para 7.2., the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter Developer shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Promoter/Developer as per para 7.26.2., the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Promoter/Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter Promoter/Developers shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 6.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance maintenan ce charges as specified in para 7.2.para6.2. -

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment [Apartment, Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment [Apartment/Plot] to the Allotteeallotted. In case Incase the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2. such Allottee shall continue to be he liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter promoter as per para 7.2, 7.2 the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and Agreement. And the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and Agreementand the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2 in the Possession Notice such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.27.2 from such date as notified in the Possession Notice (Deemed Possession).

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2Term No. 7.2 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the AllotteeAllottee(s). In case the Allottee Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 as per Term No. 7.2 above, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2specifiedunderTermNo.7.2 above.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written awritten intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2Term No. 7.2 above, the Allottee shall take Allottee(s) shalltake possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the AllotteeAllottee(s). In case the Allottee Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2xxxxx Term No.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment Apartment/ Flat to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.para

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, . the Allottee shall Allotteeshall take possession of the Apartment [Apartment/ Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed Prescribed in this Agreement and Agreement. And the Promoter promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the AllotteeTheAllottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such para7.2. Such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Promoter/Developer as per para 7.2., the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Promoter/Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation otherdocumentation as prescribed in prescribedin this Agreement and the Promoter Promoter/Developers shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2Clause 7.2 above and subject to all outstanding Dues being paid by the Allottee, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and as may be required, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession of the Apartment within the time provided in para 7.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as period specified in para 7.2.Clause 7.2 above, then without prejudice to any other

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take totake possession 6.4 within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 such Allottee 7.2. suc hAllottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and all outgoings including maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. 9.4.1. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2Clause No. 9.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Clause No. 9.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2Clause No. 9.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para paragraph 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 paragraph 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para paragraph 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.26.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 6.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.26.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Said Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Said Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Para 7.2 in the Possession Notice, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.27.2 from such date as notified in the Possession Notice (Deemed Possession).

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter “Owner/Promoter" as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement agreement, and the Promoter “Owner/Promoter" shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments maintenance charges, holding charges and maintenance charges taxes as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Promoter/Developer as per para 7.26.2., the Allottee Allottees shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Promoter/Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter Promoter/Developers shall give possession of the Apartment to the AllotteeAllottees. In case the Allottee fails Allottees fail to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 6.2., such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance maintenan ce charges as specified in para 7.2.6.2. -

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation d ocumentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee Allo ttee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable li able to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.27.2 and all other outgoings.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. 9.4.1. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Promoter/ Developer as per para 7.2Clause No. 9.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Promoter/ Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement. and the Promoter Promoter/ Developer shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Clause No. 9.1. such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2Clause No. 9.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Owner/Developer as per para 7.2., the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Owner/Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter Owner/Developer shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2Para7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para Para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnitiesidentities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 pars 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2Para7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Developer as per para 7.2clause 8.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings undertakings, and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter Developer shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 clause 8.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter Developer/Vendor/ Owner as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter Developer/Vendor/ Owner by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter Developer/Vendor/ Owner shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 para, 7.2. such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. allottee/s. Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Clause 7.2 above, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified mentioned in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para paragraph 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 paragraph 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter (Notice of Possession) as per para Paragraph 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the said Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 Paragraph 7.2., such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2Paragraph 7.2 above and other outgoings.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. 9.3.1. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.29.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allotteeallottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.1 9.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on due payments and maintenance charges as specified in para 7.29.2.
