Failure to Notify of Installation Delay. If the Customer fails to notify Cincinnati Xxxx of an installation delay pursuant to Section 7.2 above, Cincinnati Xxxx will xxxx for the Monthly Recurring Charge for such Ethernet service from the original FOC due date to the actual date of installation. Customer will be required to notify Cincinnati Xxxx in writing to reschedule an installation date.
