Ethernet Service. “Ethernet Service” shall mean a dedicated packet transport service, conforming to the physical and data transport layers of the international communications model. Ethernet Service may be provided in point-to-point or point-to-multi-point configuration. Ethernet Service bundles the transmission capacity of one to eight DS-1 services. The available bandwidth is set and tested per the requirements of the user.

Ethernet Service. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring monthly recurring charge per circuit of $8,230 and a fixed monthly recurring MRC per mile charge of $18 as well as non-recurring charges ranging from $650 to $2,000 for 150M, 600M and 1G Ethernet Private Line Service.
Ethernet Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed per-circuit charges ranging from $0.00 to $450,900 and per-mile charges ranging from $0.00 to $39.50 for Ethernet Services with circuit speed ranging from 1 Mbps to 10,000 Mbps and mileage ranging from 0 to 9999.
Ethernet Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IXC charge of $2,490.00 for 100 Mbps Ethernet Virtual Private Line - National Service between 2 CLLI code and/or NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
