Fair Employment Practice. The City of Xxxxxxxxx assures any technique or procedure used in recruitment and selection of employees shall be designed to measure only the job-related qualifications of applicants. No recruitment or selection technique shall be used which, in the opinion of the City Manager or his/her designee, is not justifiably linked to successful job performance. It is the policy of the City that no technique, procedure or policy in recruitment and selection shall be discriminatory to any group protected by state or federal legislation.
