Common use of Fair Housing Requirements Clause in Contracts

Fair Housing Requirements. Non-discrimination. Landlord will not, in the provision of services or in any other manner, discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, disability, or familial status. The obligation of Landlord to comply with Fair Housing Requirements inures to the benefit of the United States of America, HUD, and ESG Subrecipient, any of which will be entitled to affect any of the remedies available by law to redress any breach or to compel compliance by Landlord.
