Common use of Fall Semester Clause in Contracts

Fall Semester. Bargaining unit members shall receive their first paycheck by September 30th and thereafter they shall be paid on the 15th and the end of each month, until the end of the semester. If a bargaining unit member begins teaching a class after the start of the semester, they will receive their first check by the pay date following the end of the 4th week following the day of their first class. In order for a bargaining unit member to receive the last check of the semester, all end of semester paperwork including final grades, must be submitted.
