Common use of Fall Semester Clause in Contracts

Fall Semester. (i) The following cancellation terms and conditions apply to Students who will live in housing commencing the Fall 2020 Semester and who receive a room assignment on or prior to July 5, 2020: (a) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, prior to July 5, 2020, will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment. (b) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, from July 10, 2020 will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and an additional liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the Student’s account. (ii) The following cancellation terms and conditions apply to Students who will live in housing commencing the Fall 2020 Semester and who receive a room assignment after July 5, 2020: (a) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, within (5) five business days of receiving a room assignment, will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment. (b) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, more than (5) five business days after receiving a room assignment will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and a liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the student’s account. (iii) New students who have never attended the University and who cancel their admittance and/or enrollment with the University and cancel their housing application with the OHRL before August 1, 2020 will forfeit the Pre- Payment.

Fall Semester. (b) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, from July 10, 2020 2019 will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and an additional liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the Student’s account. (ii) The following cancellation terms and conditions apply to Students who will live in housing commencing the Fall 2020 2019 Semester and who receive a room assignment after July 5, 20202019: (a) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, within (5) five business days of receiving a room assignment, will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment. (b) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, more than (5) five business days after receiving a room assignment will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and a liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the student’s account. (iii) New students who have never attended the University and who cancel their admittance and/or enrollment with the University and cancel their housing application with the OHRL before August 1, 2020 2019 will forfeit the Pre- Payment.

Fall Semester. (b) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, from July 1012, 2020 2017 will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and an additional liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the Student’s account. (ii) The following cancellation terms and conditions apply to Students who will live in housing commencing the Fall 2020 Semester 2017 Xxxxxxxx and who receive a room assignment after July 54, 20202017: (a) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, within (5) five business days of receiving a room assignment, will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment. (b) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, more than (5) five business days after receiving a room assignment will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and a liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the student’s account. (iii) New students who have never attended the University and who cancel their admittance and/or enrollment with the University and cancel their housing application with the OHRL before August 1, 2020 2017 will forfeit the Pre- Payment.the

(b) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, from July 1015, 2020 2015 through August 15, 2016, will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and an additional liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the Student’s account. (ii) The following cancellation terms and conditions apply to Students who will live in housing commencing the Fall 2020 2016 Semester and who receive a room assignment after July 58, 20202015: (a) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, within (5) five business days of receiving a room assignment, will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment. (b) Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, more than (5) five business days after receiving a room assignment will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and a liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the student’s account. (iii) New students who have never attended the University and who cancel their admittance and/or enrollment with the University and cancel their housing application with the OHRL before August 1, 2020 2016 will forfeit the Pre- Pre-Payment.

Fall Semester. (i) a. The following cancellation terms and conditions apply to Students who will live in housing commencing the Fall 2020 2015 Semester and who receive a room assignment on or prior to July 56, 20202015: (a) i. Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, prior to July 513, 20202015, will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment. (b) ii. Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, from July 1013, 2020 2015 through August 17, 2015, will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and an additional liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the Student’s account. (ii) b. The following cancellation terms and conditions apply to Students who will live in housing commencing the Fall 2020 2015 Semester and who receive a room assignment after July 56, 20202015: (a) i. Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, within (5) five business days of receiving a room assignment, will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment. (b) ii. Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, more than (5) five business days after receiving a room assignment will result in forfeiture of the Pre-Payment and a liquidated fee of $500 to be placed on the student’s account. (iii) c. New students who have never attended the University and who cancel their admittance and/or enrollment with the University and cancel their housing application with the OHRL before August 1, 2020 2015 will forfeit the Pre- Pre-Payment.
