FALSE PRETENSE. Any leave of absence obtained through false pretense shall be invalid and the employee’s absence shall be recorded as unauthorized and such disciplinary action shall be taken as the Company believes warranted, including discharge.
FALSE PRETENSE. Any employee who obtains a leave of absence under false pretense or uses the leave for purposes other than for which it was obtained will be subject to immediate discharge.
