Falsification of Information. Grantee represents and warrants to Grantor that Xxxxxxx has made no knowingly false statements to Grantor or any of its employees or agents in the process of obtaining the award of Grant Funds. Xxxxxxx acknowledges that any person who knowingly makes a false statement to obtain an award of financial assistance may be required under Ohio Revised Code § 9.66(C) to repay such financial assistance and shall ineligible for any future economic development assistance from the State of Ohio, any state agency or a political subdivision. In addition, any person who provides a false statement to secure economic development assistance may be guilty of falsification, a misdemeanor of the first degree, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code § 2921.13(F)(1).

If Grantee has knowingly made a false statement to Grantor to obtain this award of the Grant Funds, Grantee shall be required to return all the Grant Funds immediately pursuant to ORC Section 9.66(C)(2) and shall be ineligible for any future economic development assistance from the State, any state agency or a political subdivision pursuant to ORC Section 9.66(C)(1). Any person who provides a false statement to secure economic development assistance may be guilty of falsification, a misdemeanor of the first degree, pursuant to ORC 2921.13(F)(1), which is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 and/or a term of imprisonment of not more than 180 days.

Falsification of Information. Subrecipient affirmatively covenants that it has made no false statements to SCLRC or ODOD in the process of obtaining any grant of funds. If Subrecipient has knowingly made a false statement to SCLRC or ODOD to obtain any grant of funds, Subrecipient shall return all funds immediately pursuant to R.C. 9.66(C)(2) and shall be ineligible for any future economic development assistance from the State, any state agency, or political subdivision pursuant to R.C. Section 9.66(C)(1), or from the SCLRC. Any person who provides a false statement to secure economic development assistance may be guilty of falsification, a misdemeanor in the first degree, pursuant to R.C. 2931.13(D)(1), which is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 and/or a term of imprisonment of not more than six months.
Falsification of Information. The Company represents and warrants that, to the best of the Company’s knowledge, as of the date of the execution of this Agreement by the Company, the Company has not knowingly made any material false statements to the City or the CIC concerning the Project or any economic development assistance related this Agreement.

Falsification of Information. Xxxxxx understands and agrees that Landlord has entered into this Agreement with Tenant based on Tenant’s express representation that all of the information contained in the rental application(s) is true and correct to the best of Xxxxxx’s knowledge. Xxxxxx further understands and agrees that, if it is later discovered that Xxxxxx falsified any information on the application, such falsification is deemed to be a default under this Agreement and is grounds for termination of this Agreement, as allowed under Georgia law.
