Family and Medical Leave Qualifications. In order to qualify for family and medical leave an employee must: A. Have been employed by the County for at least twelve (12) months (the months need not be consecutive); B. Have worked 1250 hours in the twelve (12) months preceding the leave request; and, C. Complete the Family and Medical Leave request form.
