Family Care Leave/Pregnancy Leave. The Hospitals shall comply with the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), the California Family Rights Act (“CFRA”), and the Pregnancy Disability Leave Law (“PDLL”). If such laws change in a manner resulting in a substantial and material detriment to employees, the parties agree to meet to discuss the changes but will only implement those changes upon mutual agreement.
