FAMILY LEAVE CARE. 9.14.1 A unit member who has been employed one year as a regular classified employee of the District and who has worked at least 1250 hours in the previous twelve (12) month period of employment with the District shall be eligible for family care leave for up to twelve (12) work weeks within a twelve (12) month period.
