Family Responsibility Time (FRT). 21.23 The provision of family responsibility time, separate from sick leave, is intended to assist Regular Full-Time and Continuing Limited-Term Members with balancing their family and work responsibilities. Short-Term Disability should be used only to provide Members with income during periods of their own illness.
