Agreement Terms The terms of the Agreement conform to University policy. The period of performance for the project is approximately one (1) year. The amount of funding support will not exceed $200,000. Since research projects are often amended, this agreement includes provisions for changes in time and scope. University procedures for approval of these changes will be followed and additional conflict of interest review will be done as appropriate.
Contract Terms The contract term will be one (1) year, effective from date of award. The City and the Supplier shall have the option to renew this contract for an additional two (2) one-year periods. The contract shall commence upon the issuance of a Notice of Award by the City of Xxxxxx and shall automatically renew each year, from the date of award by City Council, unless either party notifies the other prior to the scheduled renewal date. At the sole option of the City of Xxxxxx, the contract may be further extended as needed, not to exceed a total of six (6) months.
Original Terms Unmodified The terms of the Mortgage Note and Mortgage have not been impaired, waived, altered or modified in any respect, from the date of origination except by a written instrument which has been recorded, if necessary to protect the interests of the Purchaser, and which has been delivered to the Custodian or to such other Person as the Purchaser shall designate in writing, and the terms of which are reflected in the related Mortgage Loan Schedule. Loan Terms The Loan will be evidenced by the Note and will bear interest and be paid in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the Note.
General Terms For purposes of this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:
MODEL PREAMBLES The tenderer is referred to the "Model Preambles for Trades 2008" for supplementary and comprehensive expansion of descriptions, appropriate provision for which shall be deemed to have been included in all relevant rates Proprietary products shall be used as specified. Substitute products of similar quality and specification may only be used with prior approval by the Principal Agent. The material to be excavated is assumed to be predominantly of a composition that will allow excavation in "earth" as specified, but including a percentage of excavation in "soft rock" and "hard rock". Descriptions of carting away of excavated material shall be deemed to include loading excavated material onto trucks directly from the excavations, or alternatively, from stock piles situated on the building site.
SECTION I - DEFINITIONS As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless otherwise stated or reasonably required by the Agreement, and other forms of any defined words shall have a meaning parallel thereto.
– SCOPE & DEFINITIONS 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the bargaining agent of all Registered and Graduate Nurses employed by Revera Long Term Care Inc. operating as Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre, Waterloo, Ontario, in a nursing capacity save and except the Assistant Director of Care and persons above the rank of Assistant Director of Care. (a) A full-time employee shall mean an employee covered by this Agreement who is committed to and regularly works the full work period of seventy- five (75) bi-weekly hours, exclusive of overtime. (b) A regular part-time employee is one who is committed to and regularly works less than the full prescribed bi-weekly hours of work. (c) A casual part-time employee means an employee who is called to work on a call in basis, but who does not work a regular schedule, or does so only for a specified period. Such employee has the option of refusing work when it is made available to her, however, it is also understood that a casual part-time employee cannot unreasonably or consistently refuse to work shifts. 2.03 Whenever the feminine pronoun is used in this agreement, it includes the masculine pronoun, where the context so requires and vice-versa. Where the singular is used, it may also be deemed to mean the plural and vice-versa.
Shipping Terms All deliveries will be F.O.B. destination, freight pre-paid, with all transportation and handling charges paid by the Contractor. 8.1.1 Notwithstanding the above, responsibility and liability for loss or damage will remain the Contractor’s until final inspection and acceptance when responsibility will pass to the Purchasing Entity except as to latent defects, fraud, and Contractor’s warranty obligations.
Credit Agreement Definitions Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, terms used in this Pledge Agreement, including its preamble and recitals, have the meanings provided in the Credit Agreement.
