Federal Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA) and the Oregon Military Family Leave Act (OMFLA). (a) Oregon state government provides leave to employees according to the FMLA, OFLA and OMFLA. The provisions shall be as provided in the statewide Family and Medical Leave Policy (60.000.15).
