FEDERAL FUNDS PROJECTS. If any Federal funds are to be used to pay portion for any of Contractor’s work under this Agreement, Contractor shall fully comply with all certification and disclosure requirements prescribed by Section 319 of Public law 101-121 (31 United States Code Section 1352) and any implementing regulations, and shall ensure that each of its subcontractors receiving funds provided under this Agreement also fully complies with all such certification and disclosure requirements.

FEDERAL FUNDS PROJECTS. If any Federal funds are to be used to pay for any portion of Contractor’s Work under this Agreement, County shall notify Contractor in writing in advance of such payment and Contractor shall fully comply with all certification and disclosure requirements prescribed by Section 319 of Public law 101-121 (31 United States Code Section 1352) and any implementing regulations, and shall ensure that each of its subcontractors receiving funds provided under this Agreement also fully complies with all applicable certification and disclosure requirements.

  • Federal Funds To the extent that any Purchaser uses federal funds to purchase goods and/or services pursuant to this Master Contract, such Purchaser shall specify, with its order, any applicable requirement or certification that must be satisfied by Contractor at the time the order is placed or upon delivery.

The facility fee shall accrue at all times during the Availability Period (and thereafter so long as any Committed Loans, Swing Line Loans or L/C Obligations remain outstanding), including at any time during which one or more of the conditions in Article IV are not met, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Closing Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period (and, if applicable, thereafter on demand). The facility fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate for facility fees during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate for facility fees separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate for facility fees was in effect.

  • Measurements and arithmetic conventions All measurements and calculations shall be in the metric system and calculations done to 2 (two) decimal places, with the third digit of 5 (five) or above being rounded up and below 5 (five) being rounded down.
