Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. PRINCIPLES OF GOOD EMPLOYMENT PRACTICE The Supplier shall, and shall procure that each Sub-Contractor shall, comply with any requirement notified to it by the Customer relating to pensions in respect of any Transferring Former Supplier Employee as set down in: the Cabinet Office Statement of Practice on Staff Transfers in the Public Sector of January 2000, revised 2007; HM Treasury's guidance “Staff Transfers from Central Government: A Fair Deal for Staff Pensions of 1999; HM Treasury's guidance: “Fair deal for staff pensions: procurement of Bulk Transfer Agreements and Related Issues” of June 2004; and/or the New Fair Deal. Any changes embodied in any statement of practice, paper or other guidance that replaces any of the documentation referred to in Paragraph 5.1 shall be agreed in accordance with the Variation Procedure.

OMB 2 CFR Part 200 Except for agreements that are straight hourly rate or fee for services contracts not built on a submitted Budget, all components of payment billed to COUNTY will be calculated in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) 2 CFR Part 200.
Application to the Office of Rail and Road XXX shall have the right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce directly such rights as have been granted to it under this contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY 1. The UNIVERSITY shall designate in writing a faculty member to coordinate with a designee of the FIELDWORK SITE.
Professional Development; Adverse Consequences of School Exclusion; Student Behavior The Board President or Superintendent, or their designees, will make reasonable efforts to provide ongoing professional development to Board members about the adverse consequences of school exclusion and justice-system involvement, effective classroom management strategies, culturally responsive discipline, appropriate and available supportive services for the promotion of student attendance and engagement, and developmentally appropriate disciplinary methods that promote positive and healthy school climates, i.e., Senate Bill 100 training topics. Board Self-Evaluation The Board will conduct periodic self-evaluations with the goal of continuous improvement.
