Federal Prevailing Wages. a. The work herein proposed will be financed in whole or in part with Federal funds; therefore, all of the statutes, rules, and regulations promulgated by the Federal government are applicable to work financed in whole or in part with Federal funds and will be applicable to work performed at a construction project site.
