FEDERATION DUES/FEES & PAYROLL DEDUCTION. 2.1 The Board agrees that it shall provide, without cost to the Federation, payroll deduction for the purpose of payment of Federation dues, assessments and/or service fees of the members of the bargaining unit. 2.2 The Federation shall present the Board with a certified check-off list along with proper authorization for check off and shall be fully responsible for the validity and correctness of the list and agrees to reimburse the Board for any deduction made and paid over to the Federation which may later be held to have not been authorized by the individual involved or which may not constitute a legal deduction.
