– FEE AND TUITION WAIVERS. Section 1. ASEs with a 50% FTE appointment will receive a waiver for the operating fee, building fee and technology fee. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, tuition and fee waivers for ASEs with a 50% FTE appointment will be maintained at their current rates/level. Section 2. In the event there is a new fee imposed by the Students, the Union will be given notice and the opportunity to bargain over the impacts.
