Common use of – FEE AND TUITION WAIVERS Clause in Contracts

– FEE AND TUITION WAIVERS. Section 1. ASEs with a 50% FTE appointment will receive a waiver for the operating fee, building fee and technology fee. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, tuition and fee waivers for ASEs with a 50% FTE appointment will be maintained at their current rates/level.
