Common use of Fees and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Fees and Compensation. Employer understands and agrees to reimburse Claim Administrator for certain fees and compensation which Claim Administrator is obligated under applicable Inter-Plan Arrangement requirements to pay to the Host Blues, to the Association, and/or to vendors of Inter-Plan Arrangement-related services. Fees and compensation under applicable Inter-Plan Arrangements may be revised from time to time as described in Section 4.9 below. In addition, the participation agreement with the Host Blue may provide that Claim Administrator must pay an administrative and/or a network access fee to the Host Blue, and Employer further agrees to reimburse Claim Administrator for any such applicable administrative and/or network access fees. The specific fees and compensation that are charged to Employer under Negotiated Arrangements are set forth in the most current ASO BPA.
