Fees and Payment for Services. 1. Foundation will provide the Services under this Agreement District free of charge as long as Foundation continues to receive funding from the State of California as part of the Cradle to Career Data System. 2. In the event that funding from the State of California is not sustained in future years, the Parties understand that the Foundation will assess and charge a fee for services provided to the District. In the event a fee is assessed, this Agreement will be amended, in writing, to affect that arrangement. Foundation shall provide District with a 90-day notice if funding from the State of California’s is reduced or discontinued.
