Common use of Fees to Development Clause in Contracts

Fees to Development. A Collateral Enhancement Program closing fee equal to two percent (2%) of the Initial Allocation is required. This fee shall be sent by the Lender to Development at the time of the closing of the Loan. The Lender may cause the Borrower to pay the Collateral Enhancement Program closing fee. The fee may come from Loan proceeds.
