FENCING, GATES, RETAINING WALLS, DRAINAGE SYSTEMS, etc. Purchasers/Tenants are hereby advised that fencing along the lot lines of Lots and Blocks abutting public lands is a requirement of this Plan of Subdivision/Plan of Condominium and that all required fencing, noise attenuation feature and barriers shall be constructed with all fencing materials, including foundations, completely on private lands and totally clear of any 0.3 metre reserve. Purchasers/Tenants are hereby advised that they will be notified of any lot or block within the Plan of Subdivision/Plan of Condominium requires the construction or installation of a retaining wall, entry gate features, fences, noise barrier, drainage easements, culverts, drains or catch basins. Purchasers/Tenants are hereby advised that based on current servicing plans, split drainage may be required for their Lots, Potls or Units or common elements appurtenant to their Potl or Unit. Purchasers/Tenants are hereby advised that the owner from time to time of any lot or block upon which a retaining wall, noise barrier or fences have been constructed shall be responsible to maintain same.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.
