Noise Barrier definition

Noise Barrier means a structure, either temporary or permanently installed within the Airport to protect local residents and other local sensitive receptors from noise pollution.
Noise Barrier means the noise barrier or noise barriers forming part of the Noise Mitigation Measures erected or constructed or to be erected or constructed at the Sixth Floor of the Development which for the purposes of identification is shown coloured Green and marked “Noise Barrier” on the 6th Floor plan certified as to accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto and includes the noise barrier or noise barriers erected or constructed or to be erected or constructed on the Lot with projection extending beyond the boundary of the Lot and over and above any portion of the adjoining Government land and as provided for in accordance with Special Condition No.(41) of the Conditions;
