Field Supervision. CFZ will maintain field staff to monitor and coordinate all field construction activities. Such staff will schedule and conduct meetings with the Subcontractors to control the supply and utilization of their manpower, materials and equipment they are responsible for quality control and enforcing the Project Specific Safety Program and Quality Programs.
