Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.
Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Air Travel Any air tickets purchased by the Recipient with Centre Funds, directly or indirectly, must be in excursion class or at lower fares. The applicable fare shall be purchased for the most direct and economical routing. The Recipient may reroute or upgrade at the Recipient’s own expense.
COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business.
