Field Trip and Shuttle Transportation. A field trip is defined as transportation of pupils for other than regular school attendance, such as athletic events and museum trips. Shuttle transportation is defined as transportation of pupils between school buildings or other school facilities within the District during normal school hours; it is not a "field trip" and may be assigned to any available driver.
