Common use of Fifteen Years of Service Clause in Contracts

Fifteen Years of Service. Employees who have completed fifteen (15) years of service for the County are eligible to receive an additional two and one-half percent (2.5%) longevity differential effective on the first day of the month following the month in which the employee qualifies for the fifteen (15) year service award.

For employees who completed fifteen (15) years of appointed service on or before July 1, 2006, this longevity differential will be paid prospectively only from July 1, 2006.
