Common use of Filing a Grievance with GCBH Clause in Contracts

Filing a Grievance with GCBH. If the Individual first files a Grievance with GCBH (and not the Contractor), and the Individual either ls not satisfied with GCBH's written decision on the Grievance, or does not receive a written copy of the decision within the established timelines in this Agreement, the Individual can request a Fair Hearing to review GCBH's decision or failure to make a timely decision Once an Individual receives a decision on a Grievance from GCBH, the Individual cannot file the same Grievance with the Contractor.
