Filing Period. An adjunct professor must file a Level 1 grievance with the appropriate administrator no later than fifteen (15) University working days after the event giving rise to the grievance or no later than fifteen (15) University working days after the employee knew or should have known of the event giving rise to the grievance. A discussion of the grievance between the grievant and the appropriate administrator shall occur at a reasonable time as determined by the administrator.
